MISSION

Hanoi Association for Communication and Public Relations (HANICA) is dedicated to link up different organisations and individuals involved in the field of communication in Hanoi for strengthening cooperation, assisting in professional development, improving the quality of services, connecting domestic and foreign communication networks, protecting its members’ rights and entitlement under the legal framework of Vietnam, and making its contribution to the development of Hanoi capital and the country over.

To connect and mobilise enterprises for promoting sustainable development processes and making the practical contribution to the development of the communication sector of Hanoi in particular and the country in general.

To share information, knowledge, experience, and technical know-how with its members and enterprises involved in communication across the country.

To become the most reliable non-profit making organization among businesses and associations involved in communication.

ACTIVITIES

To provide communication services such as conference, seminar, press relation, and public relation.

To develop communication strategies, plans, and social, organisational and business development projects.

To organise large-scale events with special reference to social and cultural-related ones. 

To provide training programmes on human resource development in the communication and public relations sector.

OBJECTIVE

To assist the association’s members in professional studies, exchange of experience among members so as to increasingly enhance qualifications.

To assist the association’s members in enhancing the competitiveness in the market.

To update the association’s members with the information on market, development trends and scientific advancement relating to communication and public relations. To play key roles in connecting and linking members based on different businesses they get involved in.

To organise conferences, seminars, exchange events for sharing technical lesions and experience in the development of professional knowledge and business. To conduct advisory programmes and researches in accordance with the procedures and lawful regulations. To spread and exchange any experience in applying communication and public relations in business promotion of enterprises in Hanoi, across the country and the world over.

To provide clients with advices relating to communication and public relations.

To conduct research, consultation and to advocate State agencies and enterprises as well for positive changes in mechanisms and policies relating to communication and public relations. To organize or co-ordinate events to honor typical organisations and individuals.
